WhatsApp now offers a 'split view' screen for users

According to WaBetaInfo on Friday, WhatsApp, owned by Meta, has once again stunned its customers by releasing an update for the Android app’s beta version.

The messaging software recently updated with a new “split view” functionality for the tablet edition of WhatsApp.

This new function enhances the tablet interface for a better viewing experience on a big screen. You may now utilize two distinct portions of the software on the tablet at once thanks to this recent update, which is seen as a game-changer.

For the beta version, use Android 2.23.5.9 to access this update. It has not yet been made available to the beta testers.

A split-view variation that improves user experience is seen in the screenshot.

Now, when entering a new discussion, the chat list is always displayed, in the past when users wanted to go to a different topic they had to go back.

The calls and status tabs also have a split view option, but the conversations section is unquestionably where it is most beneficial, according to the app-tracking website.

With this new version, users can now switch between conversations without losing track of the present discussion. After installing the most recent version for Android, this new update can be accessed.
