Dubai now offers 30-minute response times for visa medical test results

The medical fitness company Smart Salem has launched a brand-new special visa medical examination center in Dubai. The facility, which is situated in Dubai Knowledge Park, will provide a range of visa processing services, including quick findings from medical fitness tests.

The Smart Salem Center will provide test results for medical procedures in just 30 minutes. The facility has a lab, six sophisticated check-in kiosks, two X-ray rooms, five blood collection rooms, and two X-ray rooms. Approximately 500 visa applications per day will be served by the facility.

High-profile personalities including Dr. Amer Ahmad Sharif, the president of the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences and CEO of Dubai Academic Health Company, as well as Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, the director general of the Dubai Health Authority, were present for the inaugural ceremony.

Dr. Marwan Al Mulla, CEO of Health Regulation at the DHA, Khalifa Abdulrahman Baqer, Chief Operations Officer at Dubai Academic Health Corporation, Sanjay Verma, CEO of Smart Salem, and Ahmad Al Mheiri, Senior Vice President of Business Services, TECOM Group were among the other prominent attendees.

An efficient digital queue system has been implemented to improve the customer experience. Customer Happiness Officers will also be on hand to assist clients during their visit.

To facilitate a quick and seamless interchange of medical test results and health information, Smart Salem has also been integrated with the systems of the Dubai Academic Health Corporation (DAHC) and the Dubai Government.
