The BBC released the trailer for World on Fire’s second season, which also stars Pakistani hottie Ahad Raza Mir. Ahad plays Rajib, a tough and tenacious leader of a specialized unit of the British Indian Army during World War II, in the television series.

In a subsequent scene, he is shown evading bullets and bombs after extending a warm welcome to someone enrolling in the British Indian Army. Ahad’s part, despite being that of a supporting character, is crucial even though the fact that trailer is only 41 seconds long and he makes the cut. The original cast members of the program, including Lesley Manville as Robina, Jonah Hauer-King as Harry, Julia Brown as Lois, and Zofia Wichlacz as Kasia, are returning with Ahad.

Mark Bonnar, who will play mysterious Sir James Danemere, Gregg Sulkin, who will portray a daring but reckless RAF pilot, and Miriam Schiweck, who will play a teenage German member of the Band of German Maidens, are among the newcomers to the show this season.
