- Candidates who passed the NTS Fertilizer test are next asked to submit an online application on the FFC Career Portal with all of their academic information, including their SSC, HSSC, graduation, and NTS test scores as well as their grades and CGPA.

Requirements
- A 4-year undergraduate degree in Engineering & Technology with a focus on Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering from a university accredited by HEC.
- A maximum age of 27 is allowed.
- Accept from residents of Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, and FATA.
- Outstanding academic record and a high NTS Fertilizer test score
Job Details
As a Management Trainee Engineer or Chemist, you will work in teams with other members of the Manufacturing & Operations Group to oversee the plant’s mechanical maintenance activities. This includes ensuring the plant runs smoothly and efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, conducting inspections, and putting preventative maintenance procedures into place. While contributing your creative ideas to enhance procedures and operations, you will receive real-world, hands-on experience in the fields of manufacturing and operations.
