The Mahzooz 144th fortunate draw was held on September 2, 2023, and a 27-year-old Pakistani expat in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was the lucky winner of an AED 1 million prize.

Muhammad, a finance manager by trade, is an avid bodybuilder and cricket aficionado. He and his wife moved to the UAE last year, and he frequently takes part in Mahzooz.

He exclaimed in joy that he considered this victory amazing given that he had only purchased a Mahzooz water bottle 25 minutes before the deadline. It should be noted that participants can enter the drawing by purchasing a Mahzooz water bottle, which instantly enters the purchaser into the prize draw.

Muhammad said he was planning to attend the Pakistan and India cricket match, which had been postponed owing to the weather, so he did not check his email to see how much he had won.

He initially believed he had merely won the AED 250 reward, but one of his friends prompted him to check his email from Mahzooz. Muhammad verified it later and saw that he had won AED 1 million.

Muhammad wants to use this money to pay his expenditures in the United Arab Emirates and get back to Saudi Arabia for reasons of religion. Additionally, he wants to help Pakistani children who are struggling with their education.

He thanked Mahzooz for the chance, which had changed his life, and said he would keep taking part in similar draws to realize his desire to win the AED 20 million top prize.
