  • A legal contract of employment.
  • According to the Ministry of Human Resources, must fall within the first, second, or third occupational level.
  • A degree that is at least the equivalent of a bachelor’s.
  • A monthly salary of at least 15,000 AED.

Investors Must Provide Documents

  • Approval from the Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) Federal Authority.
  • Investment documentation.
  • Approval from other regional authorities.

Visit the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai website or get the app.

  • Create an account.
  • Select the green residency option under the services heading.
  • Select the appropriate subcategory, such as skilled worker, partner, freelancer, or investor.
  • Include the required paperwork.
  • Make the AED 2,280 payment.
  • Submit the request.
