Lahore Board Extends Class-9 Registration Period

For students in Class 9, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has extended the registration date.

A BISE Lahore a reflection said that schools now have until May 22 to register students without paying an administrative fee. If schools don’t meet this new deadline, they can still enrol kids through June 6, 2023, but a late fee of Rs. 600 will apply.

The registration deadline with a late fee of Rs. 600 was established for May 30, while the initial registration deadline was May 16. Students also have the option of enrolling online through the BISE Lahore website, where they must pay a Rs. 1000 online registration fee.

In related news, the three SSC-1 papers that were postponed because of the peace and order situation during the most recent statewide protests have a new date that was issued on Saturday by BISE Lahore. The new due dates for the papers are May 15, 17, and 18. The affected students will get amended timetables through SMS, per a board notification.
