This year, there are rumors that Apple may be making some design changes to its upcoming iPhone 16 series. Although many of these changes have already been made public, a recent study includes a picture that summarizes every design change to be anticipated.
The dummy models reveal the entire iPhone 16 lineup and provide intriguing details, especially about their sizes. The iPhone 16 and 16 Pro are notably identical in size, with the iPhone 16 Plus being somewhere in the middle and the iPhone 16 Pro Max being the largest version.
This information seems to support a previous story that said the screens of the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will be larger than their predecessors, measuring 6.27″ and 6.85″ respectively.
However bezels are expected to mitigate these size improvements, thus lowering the overall size growth.
As for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, estimates are that they will stick with their existing display sizes of 6.1′′ and 6.7′′, respectively. As such, the iPhone 16 Pro dummy can somewhat be larger than the iPhone 16 normal.
All iPhones will have the Action Button from the Pro phones on the left side and the new Capture button for the camera on the right. The Capture Button is said to have a mechanical construction with a capacitive surface allowing users to zoom in and out using swipe actions.
surprisingly, this button sits exactly where the mmWave antenna used to be on US phones from the current generation.
Using the same color-infusing technology that Apple utilized on the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus, the rumored Rose color potential for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max is expected to become a reality as well.
