In KPK, You Can Now Get Your Domicile Online

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has launched an online system for obtaining domicile certificates to improve convenience for residents across different districts.

The newly introduced e-domicile system allows citizens to apply for domicile through the website cfc.kp.gov.pk using a mobile or computer, along with the required documents.

The applicant’s fingerprints are collected by NADRA to securely store the data with the government. This online process eliminates the need for citizens to endure long waits in offices and saves them significant travel expenses.

Moreover, the government gains access to comprehensive citizen information at the village and neighborhood council levels.

Residents have expressed satisfaction with the simplified process of obtaining domicile certificates without the need to visit offices.

The government plans to establish assistance centers in various districts to help illiterate individuals understand the e-domicile application process.

Initially implemented at divisional headquarters, the online domicile system will progressively extend to all districts in the province, to completely replace the old issuance procedure within two months.
