LONGi Green Energy Technology, one of the largest solar manufacturing companies in the world, has received an invitation to establish a plant in Pakistan.
This development followed a meeting between Pakistan’s federal Energy Minister, Awais Leghari, and Li Zhenguo, the president of LONGi Green Energy Technology, during a visit by a Pakistani delegation to China.
In the meeting, the federal energy minister highlighted Pakistan’s solar energy potential and invited LONGi to set up a solar manufacturing plant in the country, noting Pakistan’s rapid expansion of renewable energy sources.
The president of LONGi Green Energy Technology expressed his commitment to supporting the promotion of solar energy in Pakistan.
