Indian movies continue to lead the Netflix rankings around the world, including Pakistan, with a few Hollywood and foreign releases.
The top 10 movies that Pakistanis are now watching on Netflix are listed below.
1. Doctor G
The Ayushmann Khurrana-starring movie, which debuted on October 14, 2022, quickly gained popularity due to its absurd premise. Khurrana portrays Uday Gupta, a hopeful student hoping to establish himself in the medical industry.
2. The Pale Blue Eye
The Pale Blue Eye is a spine-tingling historical mystery/crime thriller based on Louis Bayard’s book of the same name. The seasoned investigator enlists the assistance of Edgar Allan Poe, a young cadet who will go on to become “The Comanche of Literature,” to look into a string of horrific killings.
3. Tara vs Bilal
The romantic comedy, which is set in a colorful and diverse London, centers on the lively but sensitive Tara (Sonia Rathee) and the secretive charmer Bilal (Harshavardhan Rane), who form a fictitious marriage but eventually fall in love.
Hilarity ensues as the young doctor makes friends with his female classmates and learns more about female anatomy, yet he ends up as the only male student in the gynecology department.
4. Double XL
Huma Qureshi, who previously stole the stage in Monica, O My Darling, joins Sonakshi Sinha on the Top 10 list with their performance in Double XL. The story follows two plus-size women, one from Uttar Pradesh and the other from New Delhi, as they embark on a trip together to learn about themselves, embrace body positivity, and challenge the antiquated idea that size determines attractiveness.
Unfortunately, the movie was a complete flop.
5. Mumbai Mafia: Police Vs the Underworld
The demand for a detailed insight into the Mumbai underworld is exactly what drives the popularity of crime documentaries on Netflix among Pakistanis. In Mumbai Mafia, infamous Indian police officers who have run into gangsters from Dawood Ibrahim’s criminal organization give startling interviews.
The story of Deep (Gippy Grewal) and Sukh (Jasmin Bhasin), who agree to an arranged marriage and then embark on a fun-filled trip full of unexpected happenings, is portrayed in the light rom-com Honeymoon.
7. Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery
Daniel Craig returned in the much-awaited sequel to the 2019 box office smash Knives Out as Detective Benoit Blanc, who takes on a fresh case involving tech tycoon Miles Bron (Edward Norton), and his close friends.

The title character (Tripiti Dimri) is a gifted singer who is plagued by her past and must contend with her controlling mother in this fictional historical drama (played by Swastika Mukherjee).
Bollywood star Anushka Sharma also makes an unexpected appearance in the movie with the song Ghodey Pe Sawaar.
Qala is a stunning visual delight that deftly tackles unsettling subjects while portraying likable but morally dubious people.
