Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) received 14,024 complaints from mobile users against various mobile phones and mobile phone operators in June 2023, of which 13,844 (98.72 percent) were resolved.
Government records show that these complaints have been received against many media companies, including mobile phone companies (CMOs).

According to PTA statistics, 5,925 complaints were received against Jaz, of which 5,923 (99.97 percent) were resolved.
Also, 2,496 complaints were received against Telenor, of which 2,495 (99.96 percent) have yet to be resolved. Meanwhile, 3,510 complaints against Zong were received, of which 3,500 (99.72 percent) were resolved.
A total of 1,421 complaints against Ufone were received, of which 1,401 (98.59 percent) were resolved.
Also, PTA received 133 complaints against the basic telephone service, of which 106 were resolved in June, or 79.7 percent. Also, 512 complaints against internet service providers have been received, of which 400 (78.13 percent) have been resolved.
