Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced the distribution of 50,000 solar panels across the province as part of the “Chief Minister Roshan Gharana” plan, aligning with the global move towards renewable energy.
Phase I of the balloting procedure will provide solar systems through balloting to 50,000 protected users who use 100 units per month for Rs 12.6 billion.
Home-based solar systems are going to be made available to other Punjabi consumers. The solar system will consist of a home-based inverter, battery, advanced solar plate, and other related accessories.
Eligibility Criteria
