The globally popular song “Kahani Suno” by Kaifi Khalil

Kahani Suno 2.0 by Kaifi Khalil, which was released in 2021, has established itself as a cult classic and reached the top eight on YouTube’s global music video list with 114 million views.

The song by Khalil was listed as one of the top five most streamed songs in several Pakistani cities earlier this week, according to a press release from the music-streaming service Spotify.

The site made known that the tracks were included in the weekly top 10 songs between February 10 and February 16.

Spotify announced on Twitter: “Spotify Weekly Pakistan Charts [Pakistan]. The top ten Pakistani songs of the previous week (February 10–16).

But the song’s appeal continues to grow.

Khalil’s song is undoubtedly one that has enchanted listeners from other countries, including our neighboring country India. Music is one of the rare things that recognizes no bounds and borders.

The song was now trending in India, according to the music streaming service’s Twitter account.

On February 20, the song was trending at number one on Twitter in India and ranked first among Spotify’s top 50 songs worldwide.

Goher Mumtaz, a singer from Pakistan, expressed his admiration for Khalil’s song on Instagram earlier this month.

Goher made an exceptional complement when he claimed that the catchy song was “the only one that had come near to that of the evergreen song Aadat — sung by the Jal band — which acquired tremendous fame when it was published more than 20 years ago and still has a separate fan base globally.”
