Fazl claims approval of billion-rupee projects

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of Jamiat Ulema Islam Fazl (JUI-F), claimed on Monday that within a year of coming to power, his party has received approval for several projects totaling billions of rupees. Fazl claimed that he had come out against the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government, which had been forced on the nation to further a foreign agenda.

He said these remarks in front of a large audience after Tank’s megadevelopment projects, which cost billions of rupees, were officially opened.

On this occasion, Fazl opened an additional road from Tank to Yarik Interchange and a 36km long Tank to Pezu Road as part of the Rs4 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

“We have ended the government that was imposed in the 2018 rigged elections,” said Fazl, who is also the leader of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM). He declared that the evil’s influence on Pakistani politics had been eliminated, and it would not be let go again.

He claimed that JUI-F has previously helped the populace and would do so going forward. Asad Mahmood, the minister of communications, declared that the province’s ten-year spell of darkness is now over.
