Chicken Chessy Baked Pasta Recipe

Creamy Baked Cheesy Chicken Pasta that is so easy to make. Made with two types of cheeses, this is the ultimate comfort food casserole for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bowl pasta 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instruction :

  1. Preheat the stove to 400˚F. Daintily oil a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium pot, heat up the pasta until still somewhat firm. Put away.
  3. Meanwhile, on a skillet, heats the olive oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until the inner parts are as of now not pink. Eliminate from the skillet, and cut into little pieces. Put away.
  4. In a medium pot, dissolve the margarine. Include the flour and garlic, and combine as one for around 1 moment. Continuously include the milk, whisking continually. Carry the sauce to a stew, whisking continually until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove the pot from the intensity and mix in the cheeses.

     6.   Add the pasta and the chicken to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
